Privacy policy

The short version
This website has no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. The only personal data we hold about you is what you choose to send us — through the enquiry form or by email — plus the standard server logs any website produces.
Who is responsible
KLICKVISION LIMITED is the data controller. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11643672, at:
223 Tolcarne DrivePinnerLondonEnglandHA5 2DWFor anything on this page, email privacy@klickvision.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
If you use the enquiry form
We ask for your name, a subject, your email address and your company name, and you can optionally add a phone number and a message. All of it is sent straight to our own mailbox as an email and is not stored in any database — this website has none. We use it to reply to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch, and replying is the obvious purpose.
If you email us
We receive whatever you put in your message — typically your name, your email address and what you are asking about. We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and answering you is the obvious purpose.
When you visit a page
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. An IP address can be personal data, so we say so plainly rather than describing this as anonymous. We use these logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or faults. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating and securing the site. These logs are not used to build any profile of you, and are never combined with anything else.
Your theme preference
If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. We cannot see it. See the cookie policy.
What we do not do
- No analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
- No advertising, and no advertising cookies or pixels.
- No profiling, and no automated decision-making.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. There is no circumstance in which we would.
- No third-party embeds, fonts or scripts loaded from other companies’ servers.
Who else handles it
Two suppliers process data on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this website and produces the server logs, and Zoho, which provides the mailboxes. Vercel runs our functions in London but operates a global network and is a United States company, so some request handling takes place outside the UK under the safeguards in its data processing terms. Zoho holds our mail in its European Union data centre.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence: kept for up to two years from our last exchange, then deleted, unless it has become part of a client engagement with its own retention terms.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short period and then discarded. We do not copy them anywhere else, and they are never used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to us processing it, or provide it in a portable form. Email privacy@klickvision.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right, but you do not have to.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, this page is updated before the change goes live, not afterwards, and the date at the top changes with it.
